We do not claim ownership of your input content.
Some features of the Service require payment, such as purchasing credits or a subscription. Fees are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@wan3video.io.
Video generation is powered by third-party model providers. Availability, quality and output may vary, and the Service depends on the continued operation of these providers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wan AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
